Stoylov is the dream-pop project led by Montreal singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Nicolas Dubé. Already well known from the Quebec underground scene for his contribution to Allô Fantôme, Blood Skin Atopic, Efy Hecks and more, Stoylov is now working on his second album called Malvina. Produced by Joe Grass (Patrick Watson, The Barr Brothers), mixed by Howie Beck (Fiest, Charlotte Day Wilson), this second album features songs inspired by Portishead’s sensual groove, Twin Peaks’s surrealism and William Basinski’s experimental composition. Set to be released in 2023, this record will follow Miles of Interruptions released in May 2021.
